The Grand Intolerant Party (GIP)

The GOP strategists should not worry that ideologues are bad for its future.  Because there is ample proof that ideologues have been bad for its past and present.

To validate this, simply look at the last election.  A large number of Republicans deserted the Party during the last election.  I was one of them, and it is not likely that I will return.   As Rush Limbaugh, Sarah Palin, and Glenn Beck lead the GOP deeper into the wilderness, they ensure its irrelevance and final extinction.

Just watch this video and listen to the fellow identify where he gets his marching orders from.  It’s about 1:50 into the video:

So GOP, maybe it is TIME you fired Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, and Sarah Palin.  If you choose not to, they will be like weights around your neck dragging you to the bottom of the ocean.  You see, they do not care about your survival, only for their own.

Sarah Palin – Troubling Questions Remain About her Character

Just who is Sarah Palin really?  I mean aside from that cartoonish pig-in-lipstick vice presidential candidate that we observed during the 2008 presidential election?

For many of the men (and maybe a few women) on the conservative right, she is (or was) a GILF (Governor I’d Like to F*ck).  If you think this is an exaggeration, then I simply challenge you to listen to any of the recorded conservative video (probably not so conservative) and audio related to her which can be found on the interweb.  If you can’t find any good audio or video, here’s some plain written media.  And to be explicitly clear, to me she is only a washed up ex-beauty pageant queen and failed governor.  I’m sure she is much more to Todd, her children, and the far right conservative fringe.

Naturally, this is NOT about her GILFness, because that small percentage of the public’s perception alone, does not intimate an issue with her character.  It is that small percentage of the public that has a character problem.  In more ways than one.

What does disturb The Shadow, is that at her age, she still attempts to use her sex as Brittney Spears or Madonna would.  Now I’m not saying she’s not attractive, but like Madonna, she is PAST her prime.  So get over it Sarah, quit trying to get by on your red lips and boobs, and try for once to show us your intellect.  And I ask that you try not to show us someone else’s intellect.

No one else is writing this for me, can you write for yourself?  We all know you did not write the op-ed for the Washington Post regarding Cap and Trade.

So my first troubling question for you is this, “Can you obtain support for any cause without legs, boobs, lips, or sex?”  It is painfully obvious that you were unable to get the Alaskan Gas Pipeline Project going with either your intellect, or any individual that you had working for you.  If you used your sex in that effort, it is also obvious that it did not work there.  Do you get my point on trying to use sex on important issues yet?

My second troubling question, is do you still think that you can speak to me in bull shit colloquialisms without any appeal at all to my intellect?  I can hear your response now, as I heard it all through your campaign, “You Betcha!”  Well if you have deceived yourself up to this point, the real truth is you have NOT.

My third troubling question, is do you still think you represent all that is wholesome in America?  You obviously cannot influence your own children to “toe the line”, otherwise one would not have had a child out of wedlock, and the other would not have been ‘forced’ into the military.  Now  on the question of the boy being forced into the military, the records are sealed, so we will never really know.

My fourth question, is do you still think quitting public office makes you great National Leader material?  You left the State of Alaska in a lurch.  You did not fulfil your obligations to it’s constituents.  You simply quit.  Quitters never prosper, or win.  Well, you will probably prosper because you left with a book deal.  But you will NEVER win in American politics.

So what are you really about Sarah Palin, if not just a profiteer trying to make a buck?  Just don’t every try to convince me you are in service to our country.  You are a mere brand, like AIG.  And we all know how AIG served the United States of America.  It stole from us.

Palin’s “Statement on the Current Health Care Debate”

I am personally glad that Sarah has made her stance on Health Care Reform clear.  She asserts that “government health care will not reduce the cost, [but] simply refuse to pay the cost.”  I am happy to call “BULL SHIT.”  If you want to convince me that the assertion has any real weight, then provide a better argument than “Because Thomas Sowell, a conservative economist, said so.”

What  makes me say not just “NO,” to you and your weak message, but “HELL NO!”, is that you would prefer a death panel run by FOR-PROFIT HEALTH INSURANCE to that run by the US Government.  Because the for-profit health insurance companies care so much about us.  I wonder how many lives could be saved by the $1.4 Million dollars/day lobbying they are spending?

I, like you, used to believe in Free Markets and Capitalism (I understand you still do).  But we have ample proof that they do not care about our survival, nor even theirs, but profit alone.

Come up with real arguments Sarah.  Otherwise you are just pandering to that really small segment of America that refuses to think for themselves.
